0005 Package ``monitor'' provides a simple set of utilities for outputting
0006 useful runtime diagnostic information. They use a standard format so
0007 that the monitor output can be parsed offline to help in trouble
0008 shooting. Monitor output can be directed to either standard output in
0009 textual form or to a netCDF file.
